Description

Lot 1 concerns services relating to strategic consulting, visual identity, design and production of traditional and digital media (posters, flyers, brochures, commercial brochures, catalogues and magazines, newsletters, web banners, computer graphics, social network images (...). It will also include communication relating to the work (information and signs intended for the general public). This mission is now included in the inter-site UCI market which ends on 27.7.2020. The contractor will provide this service from 28.7.2020. This special clauses book is intended to set up and lead a marketing communication strategy by: - harmonizing existing contact files, creating a contact directory, managing contacts, implementing a software solution tool in SAAS mode, - massive distribution of electronic/email messages, - quality control and management of duplicates, unsubscriptions, detected anomalies, - support and training, - alerts and reminders, - response management, - measurements, results and analyses, - maintenance, assistance, - hosting. As part of its communication and consultation policy, the Bordeaux-Euratlantique EPA publishes a number of documents (flyers, newsletters, questionnaires, etc.) that are distributed either on identified sites or in mailboxes, these services being commonly known as "boxes".
