Description
The provision of a high availability operational platform for customer relationship management and continuous training contracts involves the choice of 1 or more software solutions in SAAS (Software as a Service) mode, as well as the management of its hosting, operation and maintenance. The first part of the market, ordinary, is slice by slice. The firm portion concerns the implementation, hosting, maintenance and operation of the platform. The second part of the contract is a purchase order framework agreement concluded with no minimum or maximum amount for the provision of additional services on request.
