This consultation concerns: Acquisition of an interoperable dual-use system - passenger information system, TAD management system, mobile application and M-Ticketing brick for Guadeloupe
the Ticketing system - supplies: - central software; - on-board equipment (desks, validators, etc.); - sales equipment on board, in agencies, at ticket agents, at stops and on the Internet, in particular through an online shop; - control equipment; - interfaces with existing systems and lots 2 and 3; - consumables, including contactless cards; - maintenance materials and equipment. O Services: - Project management including studies, developments, parameterization, installations, training, acceptance, commissioning; - Hosting for the initial duration of the contract (4 years renewable); - Maintenance in operational condition and warranty for two years. O Possible evolutions: - equipment for the maritime lines of the Guadeloupe Region; - specific developments that would appear necessary during the contract The passenger information system o Supplies: - central software; - on-board equipment (calculators, visual displays, sound announcers, Tft.interfaces with existing systems and lots 1 and 3; - 4g and wire infrastructures linking the systems host, the agency and the remote on-board and ground equipment. O The services : - Project management including project management, studies, developments, parameterization, installations, training, acceptance, commissioning; - Coordination of actions common to the various lots; - Hosting for the initial duration of the contract (4 years renewable); - Maintenance in operational condition and guarantee for two years. O Possible evolutions: - specific developments that would appear necessary; - software and hardware interfaces with lots 1 and 2; o Services: - the supply of a TAD management system, allowing in particular the management of the TAD reference system, customer and driver routes; - real-time supervision of the service; - statistical analysis; - the supply of tools for administering and monitoring the TAD fleet, a driver application for monitoring journeys and taking charge of users, an application for booking TADs by users, and an integrable web page and a mobile application brick. O Possible evolutions: - specific developments that would appear necessary during the contract. Mobile Application - Mticketing brick o Supplies: - software and hardware interfaces with lots 1, 2 and 3; o Services: - the supply and management of a mobile application, the Mticketing brick, allowing on-board validation, and being able to be integrated into the single regional application; - the supply of validation statistics by user, network, ticket and in correspondence in order to have a perfect knowledge of the users allowing the distribution of the receipts between the networks of the island. O Possible developments: - specific developments that may appear necessary during the contract. These systems can be adapted according to the needs of the intercity network in order to meet its specific requirements. The central ticketing, siv, tad and mticketing systems must be able to handle a volume of equipment in relation to the vehicles to be equipped, the number of commercial agencies (if it increases)
