Description

We are looking for methodical and content-related support in various IT projects and innovations, both in the early phase of requirements elicitation and in the later project phases. In doing so, we want to increasingly invest, together with our customers, in short intensive co-creation formats. The goal is to develop a user-centered, technical description of software and interfaces based on very short requirement cycles. This can then be the basis for prototypes, minimum viable products (MVP) or proof of concepts, or form the basis for classic implementation models or awards.
- Development of concepts for innovative, user-centered, feasible and economical IT solutions in close coordination with IT and its internal customers;- Consulting and collaboration in the formulation of requirements for IT support;- Consulting and collaboration in strategy development and vision work in the field of IT systems and IT services development;- Development of suitable process designs with agile and creative methods of requirements and project management according to the problem definition;- Consulting and collaboration in problem analysis in the IT requirements process;- Consulting in the development, redesign and modification of processes and support in the introduction of the new processes (change management), also in conflict-ridden project environments;- Moderation of workshops on all the above-mentioned topics, including preparation and follow-up;- Consulting and support in the transfer of the work results into a suitable form of professional and technical specification, depending on the IT application or service or process model;- Coaching and knowledge transfer to the responsible employees of the client for all services.
