the public contract is for the supply of hosted messaging services, collaborative work tools of the Microsoft 365 type or equivalent, their implementation, and support for the town hall of Combs-La-Ville. - Supply of Microsoft 365 services or equivalent* configuration of Microsoft 365 or equivalent* implementation of Active Directory and Azure AD (or equivalent) directory synchronization in association with the IT department of the Combs-La-Ville town hall.* Implementation of security* migration of email and related services (calendars, contacts, file sharing ...)* assistance with the migration and technical configuration of client workstations (PC, smartphones, tablets ....)* Basic configuration of Microsoft 365 services (Onedrive, Teams, Yammer, ...) or equivalent* Drafting of procedures* Training and support for user change management - technical assistance* Technical support dedicated to the IT department of the town hall of Combs-La-Ville* Technical expertise on the proposed solutions* Validation of network aspects for future cloud uses
