Description

The implementation of investment task no. 1271 entitled "Modernization of coking battery no. 4" was divided by the Employer into several stages. The subject of this tender procedure is to select the Contractor for the execution of the Main Task within the framework of the investment project related to the construction of coking battery no. 4 together with the technological nodes and auxiliary facilities belonging to it.
The subject of the contract is:- completion of demolition to the extent necessary for the construction of the battery,- construction of coking battery no. 4 with accompanying facilities,- supply of all materials, equipment and installations within the framework of the submitted technical/project documentation, except for ceramic materials for the construction of the mass,- start-up of all equipment and process nodes included in the complex of coking battery no. 4, covered by the subject of the tender,- participation in the process of firing-up, drying and heating of the ceramic mass, which will be carried out by an independent external entity, upon a separate order from the Contracting Authority,- participation in a comprehensive battery start-up and accompanying facilities until the battery reaches full production capacity,- in the event of significant design changes resulting from the task execution or from the obligations submitted in the tender, the Contractor's obligation will be to update the construction design and obtain a final decision to change the building permit or to execute a replacement construction design and obtain a new, final decision on the building permit,- obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the "occupancy permit" for the entire battery complex covered by the upgrade.
