Description
In accordance with the focal points of the individual vocational schools and economic areas, the existing basic laboratories at the three commercial vocational schools are to be expanded and supplemented in such a way that contents on Industry 4.0 can be integrated. All three linked systems store their data in a common cloud, which is maintained by the Cisco Academy of the Gewerbliche Schule Bad Mergentheim. This ensures continuous component identification, e.g. using RFID, across all three locations. The industrial clerks of the Kaufmännische Schule Bad Mergentheim are directly connected to the interlinked plant and machine system of the Gewerbliche Schule Bad Mergentheim via the MES ERP interface and thus take over the logistical and commercial processing of the production process.
