Description

This notice concerns the setting up of a framework agreement with purchase orders for the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, adjustment, testing, acceptance, commissioning, training, guarantee and maintenance during the guarantee period of a parade washing machine designed for automatic shuttles as part of the southern extension of line 14 of the Paris metro between Olympiades and Orly Airport.
As part of its rolling stock maintenance activities, RATP wishes to equip the new southern terminus of line 14 with a parade washing machine for the automatic metro shuttles.This machine must allow:- The washing of the 72 MP14 shuttles in 5 days in complete safety with adequate means,- The washing of the front, rear and side faces of the shuttles at a reference speed of 3 Km/h, including the upper edges of the bodies, without forgetting the roofs of the shuttles,- The washing in both directions of traffic,- The passage of trains without a washing mission, at a speed of 30 Km/h.This consultation also includes the installation of a technical room which will include a unit for the treatment and recycling of washing water as well as a unit for the treatment of water from the manual washing area.The general guarantee period will be 24 months, with specific guarantees defined in the CCAP.
