Description

The order concerns the purchase of a technological line consisting of 3 essential elements, i.e. the initial grinding system, the washing and drying system, the extrusion system and the filtration and water treatment system. The technological line is dedicated to recycling of hard to recycle (heavily contaminated) plastic packaging waste (film), which results in standardized regranulate. The Orderer allows for partial bids. However, within the scope of a partial offer, there must be at least one complete element of the technological system indicated in point 3 of the inquiry No. 2/NFOŚ/2020 of 1.7.2020. Element 1: technological system for shredding, washing and drying consisting of: a. chain conveyor immersed in the ground (transport belt below the floor level) for continuous feeding of material to the shredder. Working width of the conveyor approx. 1 600 mm, angle of rise approx. 30 degrees, rubber belt; b. slow-running mill with electric motor (min. 150 kW). Slow-running characteristics, i.e. approx. 100 rotor rotations per minute. Controlled by a PLC module. Knife cutting system. Knives mounted on the rotor with the possibility of multiple changes of the cutting plane. Rotor length min. 2 500 mm and its diameter min. 560 mm. Number of knives min. 80 pieces. The device is equipped with an electro-mechanical safety clutch, internal hydraulic pressure. The construction should ensure fast operation, maintenance and inspection of the working space. Preferred knife system 65 x 65 mm; c. unloading system consisting of a double horizontal unloading screw to transport the material from the shredder, it is intended to open the material flake well and transport it in the further washing process. The screw works in a wet system. The second element of the system is an inclined ascending screw to transport the material to the dosing silo (for the washing system). At the bottom, the screw should have an initial sieve, which allows for the initial removal of dirt in the form of mainly sand. A small amount of water is continuously fed to the screw; d. a buffer silo with a capacity of approx. 3.5 m/3, the dosing unit is designed to guarantee an optimal and continuous supply to the washing line; e. The underwater pre-washing system is divided into a zone for separating heavy fractions (stones, metal, glass) and a dynamic washing zone with screen, equipped with a screw conveyor connecting it to the dynamic washer and a conveyor (e.g. a chain conveyor) for removing the contamination to the outside; f. the dynamic washer - 2 pieces. High-speed operation characteristics min. 1 000 rpm. Washers are also equipped with transport screws for wet transport of material, rotor diameter min. 650 mm;g. wet granulator. Rotational speed min. 400 rpm. Rotor length min. 1 500 mm, rotor diameter min. 600 mm. Drive, electric motor min. 130 kW. Knife cutting system in the system of knives on the rotor and counter knives in the casing of the working space chamber; h. Separation tank, working in the system of wet operation, in which there is a separation of PE from other plastics by gravity. Minimum capacity 14 m/3, min. water capacity min. Tank equipped with system consisting of mixer and vane rotors for material transport. Tank integrated in the discharge drum min. Ø 600 mm, and drainage system (e.g. drainage screw). Tank equipped with a dirt extraction system; i. Preliminary centrifuge with fast rotating characteristics min. 1 000 rpm, i.e. mechanical centrifuges (4 pcs.), two in each cascade system, k. air blower to transport the material to a thermal dryer, l. thermal dryer, which is to bring the material to the final moisture level of 4-8 %, m. cyclone for the starting material, n. air blower, min. 37 kW in a thermal drying system and an air blower to transport the material to a storage tank; o. Important: All the above mentioned components of the process system will form one process-integrated and integrated control automation. Detailed information in the inquiry available on the website: (https://www.grabplast.pl/oferta_2.html) Element 2: technological system for extrusion of regranulate together with refreshing of produced pellets, consisting of: a. feeder with metal detector; b. synchronization of the machine with the silo storing flakes intended for granulation; C. compactor in a line with a diameter of 1 680-1 750 mm, single screw (screw) with a diameter of min. 160 mm in diameter and min. 36 L/D with a single drive, screwed from 2 or 3 parts so that only one part of the screw(s) can be replaced if necessary (e.g. when worn out or used for other multi-material waste). Extruder must have double degassing. The granulate after the granulation process must be fully degassed and prepared for the production of stretch film; d. the double continuous filter. Each of the two filters must consist of two laser filter discs in front of the double degassing system. Total filtration surface of both filters min: 2 600 cm2, diameter of each filter: min. 350 mm; e. screw diameter 160-165 mm;f. compactor power: 315-350 kW;g. extruder power: 380-415 kW control on inverter; h. pellet cutting on water head; i. Horizontal centrifuge for drying granules;j. machines with an extended plasticizing system of 5 L/D and a second backflash screen changer, screen diameter not less than 250 mm, filtration surface min. 1 900 cm2;k. big-bag station with a silo and weight weighing the amount of granulate in bags;l. the machine must have a CE certificate;m. the refreshing system connected directly to the extruder to eliminate as much as possible odour from the produced regranulate/pellet.Important: All the above mentioned elements of the technological system will constitute one process-integrated line and integrated control automatics.Detailed information in the inquiry available on the website: (https://www.grabplast.pl/oferta_2.html) Element 3: Water filtration, treatment and cooling system: operating in a closed system for washing water. Minimum capacity of the plant 40 m3/h. The system is equipped with a system to replenish water in the amount of about 1 m3/h. The station consists of the following devices: a. pumping station;b. drum separator;c. averaging tank;d. Tube flocculator;e. automatic chemical dosing station;f. sedimentation and flotation device;g. sludge tank;h. press for sludge dewatering;i. return water installation;j. system water cooling system connected to the extruder.Important: All the above mentioned elements of the technological system will constitute one process-integrated technological line and integrated control automatics.Detailed information in the inquiry available on the website: (https://www.grabplast.pl/oferta_2.html)
