Description

The services mainly consist of environmental control of the clean rooms, the various networks and fluid production plants as well as the process equipment of the CEA/LETI's R&D platforms, and include basic services (fixed price or on demand), optional services and services based on price lists.
The services mainly consist of monitoring the environment of the clean rooms, the various networks and fluid production plants as well as the process equipment of the CEA/LETI R&D platforms:1) Regular services- Monitoring of the clean room environment:- general monitoring and monitoring of extraction points- integrity measurement and leak detection on an installed filtration element- monitoring of particle, ionic and organic contamination- Monitoring of water :- control of ultrapure water parameters (production and distribution loops) - control of softened water parameters (distribution loop) - control of ultrapure water parameters on process equipment - organization of ultrapure water ionic parameter controls - Equipment control : - Control of the equipment: - control of the covered benches - loading stations: surface particle control - surroundings: volumetric particle control - hygrometry monitoring of gases2) Services on request - Control of the clean room environment - Measurement of particle concentrations (0.1 µm to 5 µm) - Measurement of air flow velocity - Measurement of air differential pressure - Measurement of leakage of filtering ceilings - Measurement of temperature - Measurement of humidity - Measurement of organic molecular concentration (VOC) - Measurement of biocontamination - Measurement of flow rates and/or depressions at air extraction points - Visualization of air flow by "classical" processes - Visualization of air flow by "dry ice" process - Electrostatic testing of floors, electrostatic testing of floors, worktops, ...- 3D flow measurement - Specific monitoring of particulate contamination by sedimentation - Specific monitoring of ionic and organic contamination - Control of ultra-pure water parameters - Control of ultra-pure water parameters of an equipment - Control of softened water parameters - Organization of a control of ionic parameters of ultra-pure water of a power plant - Biocontamination measurement by fast process, without prior incubation- Control of process equipment and mini-environments- Control and validation of a mini-environment- Control and audit of an equipment- Acceptance test of a hooded bench with SF6 tracing- Measurement of the aeraulic performance- Measurement of the hygrometry of a network gas- Vibratory and acoustic environmental analysis- Assistance to the Clean Concept training.
