Description

The clothes offered should meet the requirements specified in: 1. the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 30 November 2005 on the uniform of firefighters of the State Fire Service (Journal of Laws of 2006, item 25 and of 2013, item 19) and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 18 May 2018 amending the Regulation on the uniform of firefighters of the State Fire Service (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 982), as well as in Ordinance No. 9 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of 17.7.2018 amending the Ordinance on patterns and detailed requirements, technical and quality features of uniformed objects, special clothing and personal protective equipment used in the State Fire Service (Dz. Urz. KG PSP of 2018), Offered special clothes are to be brand new, manufactured in 2019, not used and not exhibited at exhibitions or fairs, safe, complete and ready to use, and must meet the technical and functional requirements specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR containing the description of the subject of the order (ToR). Quantities of clothes in different sizes will be given after signing the contract. Detailed description of special clothing and lightweight jacket of special clothing can be found in OPZ. The conditions of order completion are also specified in the Draft Agreement - Attachment No. 8 to the ToR. The place of collection of clothes - in the offices of individual customers. The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the premises of individual Customers and to unload it at its own expense. The Contracting Authority shall not bear any costs of participation of employees or representatives of the Contractor in the collection of clothes. The Proxy of the Contracting Authority, i.e. the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Lublin, reserves the right to verify by the Józef Tuliszkowski Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection in Józefów, 213 Nadwiślańska St., 05-420 Józefów (CNBOP) the parameters and quality of special clothing assembled as a sample by the Contractors. The Contractor shall bear all costs related to the verification, including in particular the costs of forwarding (transport) of special clothing in both directions and the costs of the inspection carried out by the CNBOP. The above costs shall be reimbursed to the Ordering Party's Attorney on the basis of a debit note issued by the Ordering Party's Attorney, at the date and on the invoice indicated in that note. The offer should be enclosed with: a) EU type assessment certificate confirming compliance with PN-EN 469 concerning the jacket from item 2 OPZ and trousers from item 3 OPZ; b) test report on compliance with PN-EN 469 standard in terms of parameters specified in item 4.1-4.9 OPZ, as well as to confirm the parameters being the subject of the tender evaluation criteria (applies to outer fabric of jacket from point 2 and trousers from point 3 OPZ); c) EU type evaluation certificate confirming compliance with PN-EN 15614 for lightweight jacket from point 3 OPZ; d) EU type evaluation certificate confirming compliance with PN-EN 15614 for lightweight jacket from point 3 OPZ. 5-7 OPZ;d) test report on compliance with PN-EN 15614 standard with regard to parameters specified in points 7.1-7.8 OPZ, as well as confirmation of parameters being the subject of tender evaluation criteria (applies to lightweight outer fabric specified in points 5-7 OPZ);e) test report with regard to parameters specified in points 2.14, 3.2, 6.20 OPZ;f) technical specification containing at least a description of clothing construction and materials used; g) information that the offered clothes meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. This information should be prepared by completing the ToR contained in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR and in accordance with the instructions contained therein.
