a) Ongoing maintenance cleaning in accordance with service description in the period 1.6.2020-31.5.2024 (plus possible extension option)Base area: 11 803.48 m2; annual cleaning area: 1 885 536.68 m2) by means of fixed-price offerb) Demand cleaning according to service description in the period 1.6.2020-31.5.2024 (plus possible extension option)- Daily cleaning power as a substitute for the client's own cleaning personnel (approx. 300 hours / year)- Additional cleaning demand (approx. 100 hours / year)c) Special cleaning according to service description in the period 1.6.2020-31.5.2024 (plus additional cleaning demand) possible extension option) - basic cleaning / and care of hard coverings - basic cleaning of textile coverings - intermediate cleaning of textile coverings - letters b) and c): billing according to m2 on the basis of the agreed unit prices / hour) after prior order by the clientThe cleaning of glass/facade / frame / or sun protection systems is not the subject of this invitation to tender.
