Description
The subject of the contract is the supply of a pilot plant for the thermochemical gasification of biogenic residues and waste materials; the plant is to be used for research purposes. The plant serves for the continuous thermochemical treatment of solid biogenic materials with a grain size < 50 mm and a capacity of min. 30 kg/h. The services include in particular the engineering, manufacture, delivery, assembly and piping of the plant components as well as the establishment of the necessary electrical connections and the installation of the necessary media connections in the research hall. In addition, the tendered service also includes the preparation of a risk assessment, cold commissioning, training, instruction and documentation as well as hot commissioning and trial operation of the plant.
