Description
IHREC is commissioning a baseline analysis paper on the status of the CRPD Article 24 Right to Education for persons with disabilities in Ireland.
This baseline analysis paper’s structure and content should directly relate to the Commission’s A33(2) Independent Monitoring Mechanism’s reporting requirements. Therefore, the supplier should address the issues relevant to Article 24 about which the State is asked to report on in the CRPD Committee’s Guidelines on treaty-specific document to be submitted by states parties under article 35, paragraph 1, of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; paying particular attention to: A.3 The treaty-specific document; A.4 Initial reports; and the relevant section of C Segment of the report relating to reporting on specific rights.
