Description

The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of framework contracts specifying the conditions for public contracts for the supply of ecological de-icing chemicals for airport surfaces for the winter season 2020/2021, which may be awarded to the Contractor during the term of the framework contracts. The procedure was divided into the following two parts: - Part 1 of the procedure: conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of ecological de-icing chemicals for airport surfaces to the PLG Purchaser and to the PLM Purchaser, i.e. Part No 2 of the procedure: conclusion of a framework contract for the supply to PLG's Purchaser of organic de-icing chemicals for the de-icing of airport surfaces, i.e. de-icing granules for the de-icing of airport surfaces based on sodium formate in quantities of up to 400 000 kg.
Part no. 1 of the procedure: concluding a framework agreement for the supply to PLG's Employer and PLM's Employer of ecological de-icing chemicals for de-icing of airport surfaces, i.e. de-icing liquid for de-icing of airport surfaces produced on the basis of potassium formate in quantities not exceeding 1,120,000 kg in total. The terms and conditions for the supply of ecological de-icing chemicals for de-icing of airport surfaces are described in the Terms of Reference (ToR) - Chapter II - Description of the subject matter of the procedure. In order to confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 par. 1 item 2 of the PPL Act, the Awarding Entity requests the following documents:- a document confirming that the offered de-icing fluid for de-icing airport surfaces has a certificate issued by a conformity assessment body within the meaning of art. 30b par. 2 of the PPL Act, or a test report from that body, or an equivalent document, e.g. the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) AMS 1435 (Aerospace Material Specifications) standard certificate specified for the currently binding version of that standard, i.e. AMS 1435D (effective as of 2 November 2018), or meets the requirements of an equivalent standard. Part 2 of the procedure: concluding a framework agreement for the delivery to PLG's Ordering Party of ecological de-icing chemicals for de-icing of airport surfaces, i.e. de-icing granulate for de-icing of airport surfaces produced on the basis of sodium formate in quantities not exceeding 400 000 kg. The terms and conditions of delivery of ecological de-icing chemicals for de-icing of airport surfaces are described in the Terms of Reference (ToR) - Chapter II - Description of the subject matter of the procedure. In confirmation of the circumstances referred to in Art. 25 of the Civil Code. In order to confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 of us cet. 1 item 2 of the PPL Act, the Awarding Entity requests the following documents:- a document confirming that the offered granulate has a certificate issued by a conformity assessment body within the meaning of art. 30b sec. 2 of the PPL Act or a report on tests conducted by that body, or an equivalent document, e.g. the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) AMS 1431 (Aerospace Material Specifications) standard certificate specified for the currently binding version of that standard, i.e. 1431E (effective from 24.10.2018) or meets the requirements of an equivalent standard.
