Description
The purpose of this tendering procedure is to arrive at a framework agreement with several contractors for the implementation of the anti-slip measures for the province of Gelderland for the period 1.9.2020 to 31.8.2024. This tendering procedure is divided into 142 (micro) lots, 140 of which are for the province of Gelderland and 2 for the municipality of Lochem. Each lot will be awarded to 1 contractor. Tenderers may submit tenders for several lots and if possible be awarded several lots.The framework agreement will be awarded to those tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender, i.e. the lowest price over the total of the lots. By means of this invitation to tender, the Province of Gelderland wishes to be able to carry out its task as road authority to prevent and combat slipperiness on roads in the province of Gelderland in full for the period from 1.9.2020 to 31.8.2024 inclusive.
