Description

A Hungarian university is seeking the acquisition of computers,notebooks and other IT hardware and accessories.
The following items are requested (with quantity and specifications):

- 150 Personal Computers with minimum Intel Core i3-4xxx, 4GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, DVD-RW, integrated VGA, integrated sound, LAN, USB mouse, USB keyboard (with Hungarian letters, 102 letters), cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 370 Personal Computers with minimum Intel Core i5-4xxx, 8GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, DVD-RW, integrated VGA, integrated sound, LAN, USB mouse, USB keyboard (with Hungarian letters, 102 letters), cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 140 Personal Computers with minimum Intel Core i7-4xxx, 8GB RAM, 120 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD, DVD-RW, integrated VGA, integrated sound, LAN, USB mouse, USB keyboard (with Hungarian letters, 102 letters), cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 30 Notebooks with 15,6" screen, minimum Intel Pentium N3xxx CPU, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, WiFi, Bluetooth, CD/DVD-RW, cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 100 Notebooks with 15,6" screen, minimum Intel Core i3-4xxxU CPU, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, WiFi, Bluetooth, CD/DVD-RW, cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 200 Notebooks with 15,6" Full HD screen, minimum Intel Core i5-4xxxU CPU, 8 GB RAM, 250 GB SDD, WiFi, Bluetooth, CD/DVD-RW, cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 70 Notebooks with 14" Full HD screen, minimum Intel Core i5-5xxxU CPU, 8 GB RAM, 250 GB SDD, WiFi, Bluetooth, CD/DVD-RW, cheapest Microsoft Windows OS (f.e.: Windows 7 Home) and pre-installation of OS is not required

- 70 monitors with minimum 19,2"; 16:9 aspect ratio, 1600x900 resolution, 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angle, LED lighting, minimum 200 cd/m² brightness, and cable

- 400 monitors with minimum 21,5"; minimum WSXGA+ resolution, 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angle, LED lighting, minimum 200 cd/m² brightness, DVI and VGA outlet, and DVI and VGA cables

- 110 monitors with minimum 24"; 1920x1080 resolution; 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angle; LED lighting; minimum 200 cd/m² brightness; DVI, VGA, HDMI, or DisplayPort outlet; and DVI and HDMI/DisplayPort cables

- 35 projectors with 1024x768 XGA native resolution, 4:3 aspect ratio, 10000:1 contrast ratio, minimum brightness of 3000 ANSI lumen, light bulb capable of a duration of 4000 hours in normal mode, HDMI and VGA, USB 2.0, and supported resolutions of 640x480 (VGA) and 1600x1200 (UXGA)

- 60 projectors with 1920x1080 or larger native resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, 10000:1 contrast ratio, minimum brightness of 2800 ANSI lumen, light bulb capable of a duration of 3000 hours in normal mode, HDMI and VGA, USB 2.0, supported resolutions of 640x480 (VGA) and 1920x1200 (WUXGA), and WiFi

- 100 Cisco AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 + AIR-PWRINJ4 or similar WiFi Access Points (AP)

- 30 units of 10/100mbps mini switches (des-1005d) with 5 ports

- 10 units of 10/100mbps mini switches (des-1008d) with 8 ports

- 20 external HDDs (size: 2,5") with USB 3.0, 2 TB, 5400 rpm, and 8MB (AHV620-2TU3-CBK)

- 10 J5create Boomerang Station USB3.0 docs (or similar)
