The subject of the contract is:a) collection of municipal waste, listed in Table 1 of the OPZ, created and collected on inhabited and uninhabited properties listed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the ToR, located within the administrative borders of the city of Sokołów Podlaski and its transport to Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Sp. z o.o, Plant in Wola Suchożebska; b) establishment and operation, for the duration of the agreement, of one selective collection point for municipal waste, in accordance with the binding legal regulations, in the area of the city of Sokołów Podlaski to the north-east of the following streets: Lipowa, Długa, Repkowska and transport of waste from the selective collection point for municipal waste run by the city of Sokołów Podlaski at Fabryczna Street to Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Sp. z o.o, The plant in Wola Suchożebska and to other installations indicated by the orderer; c) collection of municipal waste from people in quarantine and its transport to the places ...
