Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract includes performance of the task entitled: "Service of collection and management of municipal solid waste from owners of residential properties, located in the Łubianka Municipality". (2) The scope of the contract includes the performance of a service in the Municipality of Łubianka, which consists in the collection of mixed and selectively collected waste from the locations indicated by the Ordering Party from properties owned by property owners and users of premises owned by others, which are listed in the Annex to the contract, and transport of waste to waste treatment facilities. The order also includes collection of waste collected at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in Przeczno and transport of waste to the installation for processing of municipal waste.2.Detailed information on the subject matter of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference titled DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER.

The contract also includes the collection of waste collected at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in Przeczno and transport of waste to the installation for processing of municipal waste.2.Detailed information on the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference titled DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.3. The price of the bid must be complete, unequivocal and final. The Contractor shall calculate the price on the basis of the Terms and Conditions of Procurement Specification with the attachments. The bid quotation shall include all necessary elements and anticipated costs related to the execution of the task. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due diligence the subject matter of the contract and for obtaining information with respect to each and all conditions and obligations that in any way may affect the value or nature of the bid or the execution of the subject matter of the contract.4. submitting a bid shall be deemed to mean that Contractors have familiarized themselves with all relevant laws and other legal regulations in force in the Republic of Poland, which may in any way affect or relate to the activities and actions covered by the bid and the resulting public procurement contract.5..
