Description
Ordering food for the preparation of daily meals for all schools. This lot concerns school canteen meals. This lot concerns "private" meals and in particular those specific to the Hotel School of the Province of Namur:- Didactic meals. The products used in the context of educational meals are non-standard products because they are either "top of the range" or of an educational nature (e.g. poultry with head, whole pork (1/2), etc.). In order to enable the tenderer to identify the type of meal prepared and served, sample menus are attached to this document. These menus are given for information purposes only;- Banquets. These are subdivided into standard and prestige banquets. The products used for prestige banquets are more luxurious products.
