Description

The subject of the contract is a service of an intermediary consisting in the successive provision of accommodation reservation services and catering and restaurant services for the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.Task II: provision of catering and restaurant services for the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.4. The Contracting Authority shall ensure the performance of at least 60% of the contract value. The Contractor shall have no right to compensation for any reduction in the scope of the contract and the contract for a smaller quantity shall not affect the unit prices.5The Contractor performing the services described in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the ToR is obliged to verify whether the entity performing a given service meets sanitary and/or tourist regulations and takes responsibility for it, in particular: 1) The Contractor is responsible for verifying whether the entity performing the service is entered in the central register of tour operators and entrepreneurs facilitating the acquisition of related services, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 24 November 2017 on Tourist Events and Related Tourist Services (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 548 as amended);2) The Contractor is responsible for verifying whether the entity performing the service has a current decision/permit of the State District Sanitary Inspectorate to conduct catering activities, including catering.
