Description

The Commune of Orelle is planning the construction of a new generation hotel equipped with a restaurant and has purchased a set of plots of land with a total surface area of 900 m2 located 150 m from the ski lift serving the ski area of Val Thorens and the 3 valleys.The hotel will have a capacity of 84 beds: 8 box rooms with 6 beds, 6 double rooms and 6 family rooms. The restaurant will have a capacity of 120 seats with an outdoor terrace. The municipality will be in charge of the financing and construction of the real estate complex. The provisional timetable for the works foresees delivery of the buildings in December 2021. The local authority would like its future delegatee to be closely involved in the design and construction of this facility. The municipality would like to see the overall attractiveness of the structure develop through the implementation of an attractive product offer and an operational commercial strategy. The municipality has chosen to entrust its future management under a concession in the form of a public service delegation which will take effect on the date of delivery of the works, for a period of 8 years from the delivery of the buildings scheduled for December 2021.
