Description
The subject of the contract is to provide services in the preparation, delivery and distribution of meals for patients staying in SP ZOZ Miejski Szpital Zespolony w Częstochowie (SP ZOZ Miejski Szpital Zespolony w Częstochowie) with its seat at 15 Mirowska Street. The City Hospital Zespolony consists of 3 hospitals located about 4 km away from each other: 15 Mirowska Street Hospital; 1/3 Bony Street Hospital; 12 Mickiewicza Street Hospital. The provisions of Section IV of the PPL Act - Public Procurement Contracts apply to a public procurement contract. A public procurement contract with the Contractor selected to perform the contract, based on the draft contract attached to this ToR, will be concluded taking into account the provisions of Articles 94 and 139 of the PPL Act.
