Description

The grantor intends to entrust the concessionaire with the operation of 3 catering spaces located in the Senate premises in Paris 6th arrondissement, namely: - the restaurant for senators, located at 15 ter rue de Vaugirard,- the staff restaurant, usually called the canteen, located at 15 ter rue de Vaugirard,- the self-service restaurant, located at 36 rue de Vaugirard.the conditions of operation of these spaces, the site plans and their perimeters are specified in the tender documents. The grantor also intends to entrust the concessionaire with the organisation of banquet activities in the spaces provided for this purpose located at 15 ter rue de Vaugirard and - where applicable - with the provision of ancillary catering services for the Senate refreshments rooms and the staff on duty. The concessionaire may also be authorized to organize banquet activities in other Senate premises. The management of the concession does not constitute a business and is not eligible for the commercial property regime.
