France - Hotel, restaurant and retail trade services

Description

The contract includes:- operation of the company restaurant and two dining rooms,- ancillary catering services (cocktails, drinks dispensers, coffee breaks, etc.),- maintenance and upkeep of catering and hotel equipment, furniture and materials,- cleaning of the premises within the scope,- provision of hotel services,- management of reservations and preparation of meeting rooms within the scope,- management of waste produced,- safety, technical and regulatory monitoring,- maintenance of the buildings within the scope in operational conditions,- reporting.The restaurant is open every day: mornings, midday and evenings, weekends and public holidays. Catering at the centre represents approximately:- 18,000 meals served in the self-service restaurant,- 500 meals in the dining room,- 1,500 sandwiches in the cafeteria.- 9,200 overnight stays,- 1,000 breakfasts,- 800 dinners.- The above figures are indicative and do not commit the CEA as to actual attendance.
