Description

This involves providing patients, visitors and staff at several GHEF sites with a fast food area, a press and shop sales area, vending machines for foodstuffs and ensuring their operation and maintenance. More specifically, for lot 1, the service mission granted will concern the cafeteria/press/shop at the Meaux and Coulommiers sites and the automatic distribution at the Meaux, Marne-la-Vallée and Coulommiers sites:- the operation of a fast food service, a press point and a shop,- the installation and management of food vending machines,- the layout of sales and manufacturing areas and the supply of equipment and their installation, previously approved by the safety committee and the technical services, as well as maintenance are the responsibility of the holder. This involves providing patients at several GHEF sites with multimedia equipment and subscriptions for television, telephone and Internet access, as well as operating and maintaining them. More specifically, for lot 2, the service mission granted will concern, for television, telephone and Internet access at the Meaux, Marne-la-Vallée and Coulommiers sites:- the supply, installation and maintenance of IPTV head-end equipment,- the supply, installation and maintenance of a telephone system for the Meaux and Marne-la-Vallée sites,- the supply, installation and maintenance of the computerised management system for TV, telephone and Internet services (opening/closing rights, invoicing, etc.).),- the performance of additional cabling work necessary for the proper functioning of the services,- the supply and maintenance of TV terminals, their supports and accessories,- the supply and maintenance of telephone terminals,- the supply and maintenance of all additional network equipment necessary for the provision of the Internet or TV service,- the supply and maintenance of equipment necessary for the Internet service,- the supply and support of operator subscriptions for TV, telephone and Internet,- the CH will provide: cable distribution cabling; its IP network equipment on which the Wifi terminals are connected; its Wifi equipment (terminals and controllers). The patient network will be separate from the network used (VLAN/SSId) by business applications. The configuration will be done in consultation with the IT department. The responsibility for Internet security (identifiers) and the conservation of logs as provided for by the regulations in force will be the responsibility of the holder,- the provision of services to users in connection with the concessionaire of lot 1 or not depending on the sites: reception, information, management of the equipment fleet and their cleaning, collection and management of customer accounts.
