Description
Concession contract for the operation of commercial activities such as fuel distribution, shop sales, catering and associated services - Valleiry North area - A40. The estimated value of the contract is estimated at approximately EUR 60,000,000 excluding VAT, in constant euros, over the estimated duration of the contract (estimated turnover value over the duration of the contract). To this amount will be added a financial contribution granted by ATMB to the delegate, equal to EUR 4 000 000 excluding VAT.
