Description

The service mission granted will concern the cafeteria/press/shop and vending machines: - the operation of a fast food service, a press point and a shop, - the installation and management of vending machines for foodstuffs, - the layout of sales and manufacturing areas and the supply and installation of equipment, previously approved by the competent safety district committee and the technical services, as well as maintenance are the responsibility of the holder. The service mission granted will concern, for television and Internet access: - the supply, installation and maintenance of IPTV head-end equipment, - the supply, installation and maintenance of the computerised management system for TV and Internet services (opening/closing of rights, invoicing, etc.)),- the performance of additional cabling work necessary for the proper functioning of the services,- the supply and maintenance of TV terminals, their supports and accessories,- the supply and maintenance of all additional network equipment necessary for the provision of the Internet or the TV service,- the supply and maintenance of the equipment necessary for the Internet service.The CH will provide: cable distribution cabling; fibre optic links between the Les Charmes buildings and the Roseraie, between the computer room of the Les Charmes building and the VDI 4 technical room; its IP network equipment on which the Wifi terminals are connected; its Wifi equipment (terminals and controllers), but the service provider must subscribe with an Internet operator. The patient network will be separate from the network used (VLAN/SSID) by business applications. The configuration will be done in consultation with the IT department. The holder will be responsible for taking charge of Internet security (identifiers) and keeping logs as provided for by the regulations in force; - the provision of services to users in connection with the concessionaire of lot 1: reception, information, management of the equipment fleet and their cleaning, collection and management of customer accounts.
