The services of lot 1 concern the development, operation and development of 6 areas located in the public area of terminals 1, 2 and 4 of Paris-Orly airport.- an area of 81 m2 (approximately) in the public area, departures from Paris-Orly 1 airport on the Bar Tendance Premium segment,- an area of 209 m2 (approximately) in the public area, departures from Paris-Orly 1 airport on the Coffee Shop segment,- an area of 233 m2 (approximately) in the public area, arrivals from Paris-Orly 1 airport on the Bakery segment,- an area of 161 m2 (approximately) in the public area, departures, from Paris-Orly 2 airport on the Fast Casual segment,- an area of 82 m2 (approximately) in the public area, arrivals, from Paris-Orly 4 airport on the bakery segment,- an area of 198 m2 (approximately) in the public area, departures, from Paris-Orly 4 airport on the Coffee Shop segment.The areas mentioned are given for information only and may change slightly during the execution of the contract. The services of lot 2 concern the development, operation and development of five areas located in public and reserved areas of terminals 1, 2 and 4 of Paris-Orly airport, including a food hall including a table service located in the future international area of Paris-Orly 4 airport.- an area of 151 m2 (approximately) in the reserved area, departures, in gate A, from Paris-Orly 1 airport on the Bakery segment,- an area of 256 m2 (approximately) in the reserved area, departures, in gate A, from Paris-Orly 1 airport on the Fast Casual segment,- an area of 232 m2 in the reserved area, departures, in gate B, from Paris-Orly 1 airport on the Fast Casual segment,- an area of 157 m2 (approximately) in the public area, departures, from Paris-Orly 4 airport on the bakery segment,- an area of 1 500 m2 (approximately) in the reserved area, departures, from the future international area of Paris-Orly 4 airport. The area made available by the ADP group will have to be organised into a food hall allowing the operation of 6 points of sale including counters on the bakery, Coffee Shop, Burger Premium, Bar Tendance Premium and Italian segments, a table service and a common seating area; the areas mentioned are given for information only and are likely to change slightly during the execution of the contract.
