Description

The purpose of lot 1 is to renew all in-flight catering services for INOUI high-speed trains in France and to Germany, including at least the provision and management of in-flight services (SAB) and associated onshore logistics services (SAT).The services included in lot 1, as a basic offer, include all activities related to catering services, including:- the marketing of the offer: referencing and management of the product offer,- the implementation of a Bar car sales service on board the INOUI TGVs in France and Germany,- the implementation of a CSR policy (concerning in particular the product offer and waste management),- the implementation of a dematerialised sales service (online ordering, digital customer path),- the forecasting of catering supplies and other products,- the provision of logistics services for the production of supplies and transport (including flow management, ordering and storage of goods, refuelling and de-fuelling of trains),- the provision of a platform service dedicated to Business Première customers,- the provision of a catering service dedicated to groups (> 10 people).For the INOUI high-speed trains to Germany, there are additional services on certain routes: - the provision of a sales service instead, - the provision of ancillary services (including a refreshment service in circulation) For information, on the perimeter of lot 1, in 2019, SNCF Mobilités is offering onboard catering on approximately 195,000 routes (figure given as an indication and not binding for SNCF Mobilités).The expected volumes of traffic, the nature and extent of SNCF Mobilités' requirements are specified in the document "Synthesis of catering services (on-board and onshore) for TGV INOUI, TGV International trains to Germany and intercity trains" and then in the specifications attached to the Companies' tender documents (DCE), subject to compliance with the conditions specified in section VI.3 "In accordance with SNCF's commitments regarding the performance of these services, the candidate is required to ensure that he or she has digitally completed and signed the CSR/anti-corruption charter (by an authorised representative) on the SNCF Easi purchasing portal or via the Provigis data provider. SNCF Mobilités, on behalf of the French State in its capacity as the organising authority for medium and long-distance interregional rail links, known as intercity trains, is carrying out a domestic rail passenger transport offer, day and night. lot 2 of this consultation aims to renew all catering services for day and night intercity trains, including at least the provision and management of on-board service (SAB) and associated land-based logistics services (SAT).Day and night services, which are the subject of lot 2, are the basic offer and include all activities related to catering services, including:- marketing of the offer: referencing and management of the product offer,- the provision of a sales service instead on board intercity trains,- the provision of logistics services for the production of supplies and transport (including in particular flow management, ordering and storage of goods, refuelling and de-fuelling of trains),- the implementation of a CSR policy (concerning in particular the product offer and waste management),- the implementation of a dematerialized sales service (online ordering),- the forecasting and preparation of catering supplies and other products,- the implementation of a catering offer dedicated to groups (> 10 people).For night services, which are the subject of lot 2, as a basic offer, the following additional services are provided: - the performance of comfort missions including checking and upgrading the condition of the train (cleanliness and layout of the berths, provision of night kits and additional supplies): Paris - Limoges - Toulouse (Palito), including 100% Eco trains, Paris - Clermont-Ferrand, Bordeaux - Marseille At night, the catering offer on intercity trains represents about 1,350 trips per year on the lines: Paris - Briançon and Paris - Toulouse/Albi/Cerbère/Latour de Carol The figures are given for information only and are not binding on SNCF Mobilités.The expected volumes of traffic, the nature and extent of SNCF Mobilités' requirements are specified in the document "Synthesis of catering services (on-board and onshore) for TGV INOUI, TGV International trains to Germany and intercity trains" and then in the specifications attached to the Companies' tender documents (DCE), subject to compliance with the conditions specified in section VI.3 "In accordance with SNCF's commitments regarding the performance of these services, the service provider is required to ensure that it has digitally completed and signed the CSR/anti-corruption charter (by an authorised representative) on the SNCF Easi purchasing portal or via the Provigis data provider.
