Description

The City of Bruges is looking for a party that will carry out the (re)construction and operation of a food and beverage facility at its own and private risk (private builder) in accordance with the conditions set out in these guidelines. The private party is granted a concession for the renovation (or new construction) and exploitation of the facility for a period of 27 years. This period commences at the time of opening. Prior to the start of this period or the opening, the concessionaire will therefore have the opportunity to carry out its renovations.
