Description
At BER the existing VIP product - currently only existing at TXL - is to be expanded. Thus a spacious VIP lounge was built. In addition to VIP check-in, this special check-in area can also be used for groups of guests for whom check-in in the main terminal is not advisable. All relevant customer contact points (entrance, flight information, customer conversations, etc.) in the primary process will be perceived by the FBB itself in order to control the customer experience in a targeted manner and to have an influence on the direct ability to interact. Accordingly, the AG is looking for a reliable partner to operate its own VIP lounge. That partner is responsible for the service as well as the preparation, delivery and provision of food and beverages according to the specifications of the AG.
