Premium and business class passengers at BER Airport can be catered for in an airline lounge as well as in 2 airport owned business class lounges. In the "Tegel" and "Tempelhof" lounges, passengers of the airlines contracted with us, lounge cardholders (e.g. Priority Pass, Airport Angel, Diners etc.) and passengers who would like to pay for admission on site (walk-in credit card) can enjoy a relaxing stay before take-off.) in the primary process will be perceived by the FBB itself in order to control the customer experience in a targeted manner and to influence the direct ability to interact. as a secondary process in the context of service provision, the food & beverage operation is outsourced to a catering service provider. Accordingly, the AG is looking for a reliable partner to operate its own common-use lounges. This partner is responsible for the service as well as the preparation, delivery and provision of food and beverages according to the client's specifications.
