Description

GPR Gesundheits- und Pflegezentrum gemeinnützige GmbH intends to procure 349 (+/- 10 %) electrically operated hospital beds, 100 (+/- 10 %) corresponding bedside cabinets and accessories in 2 batches (see item 300 in the specifications). Furthermore, it is planned to procure 12 (+/- 10 %) mechanical hospital beds for paediatrics. The contractor is expected to be able to guarantee at least 10 years from formal acceptance, a structured service/maintenance performance as well as training in accordance with the Medical Devices Act (MPG) and professional and sound advice. This also applies to spare parts deliveries and the repair service. The tender includes the supply, installation, commissioning and instruction of the bed system in complete equipment and an optionally specified maintenance and service condition during the required 24-month warranty period and thereafter. Part of the invitation to tender is a test run carried out after the submission of the tender with evaluation by the personnel, the result of the test run is included in the overall evaluation (see Methodology of tender evaluation). Duration of the test period: 2 weeks of which 1 week in a test environment (part 1) and 1 week in use under real conditions (part 2). A bed including accessories and bedside table will be provided for the GPR Gesundheits- und Pflegezentrum gemeinnützige GmbH for the duration of the trial order. The client must not incur any costs as a result of the test.
