Description
The Scope of works of this project involves refurbishment of the Supply Complex Building at HMAS Albatross.
The Supply Complex houses office areas, warehouse operations and Key ICT infrastructure supporting the Defence network connection on base.
The Warehouse office/administration and specialty storage require refurbishment including update of painted surfaces, flooring, ceilings, and lighting. Wet areas and kitchen amenities in office and warehouse areas require full refurbishment due to poor condition.
The main UPS and Comms rooms will be refurbished. Fire compliance tasks required will include installation of signage and sprinkler systems, replacement of existing FIP and smoke detection systems and update of exit lighting.
