Poland - Hire of buses and coaches with driver

Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of Bus Replacement Transport services for trains cancelled in the section Białystok-Czeremcha, Czech Republic-Białystok in the periods 5-11 August 2019 and 19-25 August 20192. The expected course of buses during the performance of the contract is 12 852.00 ooz-kilometres, i.e. 136 journeys.3In order to provide transport services it is necessary to have a bus with a capacity of at least 49 seats, admitted to road traffic in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, having valid civil liability and accident insurance for the driver and passenger, as well as efficient air conditioning and heating. The service shall be provided according to the timetable provided by the Ordering Party and constituting Appendix No. 2 to the agreement (the template of which is included in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR) using vehicles in the quantity (capacity) adjusted to the estimated turnout included in the calculation of the order execution.
