Description

1) delivery and assembly of 142 gas condensing boilers for heating in brand new residential buildings, not older than 1 year old, together with hydraulic, electrical and combustion equipment;2) disassembly of the existing heat source together with its taking outside the building and handing it over to the resident;3) start-up and adjustment of the boiler, testing with a flue gas analyser;4) delivery and assembly of 142 units. air and flue gas systems (double-walled chimney inserts) made of stainless steel adapted in diameter to the needs of the installation and requirements of boilers, including: for installation in a chimney shaft up to 8.0 m high - 20 pcs.from 8.1 m to 10.0 m height - 90 pieces; above 10.1 m height - 32 pieces.5) training of residents / users in the correct operation of the boiler room with a gas-fired condensing boiler together with preparation and handing over to the residents of instructions for the correct operation of the installation (the confirmation will be the training protocol);6) making and delivering to the beneficiary as-built documentation with a set of acceptance protocols, on the hydraulic, electrical, gas and flue gas side;7) ensuring boiler and installation protection: delivery and installation of a safety valve, diaphragm vessel adapted to the capacity of the central heating installation, three-way valve;8) delivery and installation of central heating circulation pump, 9) installation of necessary devices based on the technical description of the boiler, as well as external temperature sensors and required sensors for cooperation with the existing installation; 10) connection of the boiler to the central heating system; 11) connection of the boiler to the central heating system.12) connecting the boiler to the gas installation in the boiler room/room where the gas boiler will be installed; 13) installing a control and regulation system; 14) testing, testing and start-up of the installation in the boiler room/room where the gas boiler will be installed, together with an analysis of the gas boiler flue gases; 15) providing thermal insulation in accordance with the applicable standards; 16) testing the gas installation;17) restoration to the original state of any damaged surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or violated as a result of installation assembly (the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to complete the plasters and smooth the walls; restoration of wall colours, completing wall and floor coverings belongs to the inhabitant);18) maintenance services during the warranty period.Works required to be performed by residents/users:1) adapting the chimney to the installation of the chimney insert (possible reaming of the chimney if necessary);2) providing air supply and ensuring proper ventilation of the room where the central heating boiler will be installed;3) providing a properly earthed and secured double electric socket to connect the boiler;4) adapting the system to a closed system (cutting off and disassembling the collecting vessel and closing the system);5) supplying the hot and cold water system to the installation room of the hot water storage tank.;6) feeding the internal gas installation to the boiler room/room where the gas boiler will be installed.1) preparing the construction and executive design documentation for the internal gas installation for 142 gas boilers to be installed; 1) preparing 142 units. construction design of the internal gas installation and boiler house together with obtaining a building permit/notification of construction works for buildings where gas boilers will be installed, including the construction design includes designing the internal gas installation as a system of pipes from the place of incorporation into the existing gas installation to the central heating boiler together with combustion pipes. A detailed description of the order is - i.e. the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) and attachments to the ToR, including a model contract.
