Description

The company's overall strategy is based on the assumption that its own employees know best which efficiency reserves can be tapped and how, so that an operational project manager from the company has been appointed for each of the above-mentioned project topics. The project leaders have the following tasks:- to manage the sub-projects and invite them to their meetings,- to discuss the project contents with the project members,- to summarize the project results,- to calculate and document the project potentials in due time,- to prepare a milestone plan for the discussed measures,- to prepare the board's proposals for the steering committees,- to present the project results to the steering committee,- to initiate and monitor the implementation of the board's decisions.It is expected that the Executive Board and the project managers will be accompanied by a coaching approach:- change of perspective through more distance: teams working on the right topics?- support of self-organisation: effectiveness and sustainability of the work of the project groups,- use of new working forms and methods,- development of team understanding,- support of fundamental decisions,- preparation of the Supervisory Board meetings,- external consultants will review the status of the individual projects and, if necessary, make adjustments. Furthermore, the external consultant is to support the teams in the following project steps. The task of the external consultant is to correct any deviations from the objectives and to support the Executive Board and the staff of the University Medical Center Magdeburg in the implementation of lean and efficient projects. a steering committee consisting of representatives of the hospital board and the ministries involved, which meets regularly to accompany the project, is set up to accompany the strategy process. Members of the Supervisory Board may be invited to join the steering committee. No lot two.
