Upstream there are 2 target groups:1) employees of Stroomopwaartsmvs who are employed as civil servants. This is about 325 employees. The client is the municipality of Vlaardingen;2) employees of Stroomopwaartsmvs with an indication for the social employment facility. These are persons with disabilities who, due to physical, mental or psychological limitations, are only able to perform work under appropriate conditions. They previously worked for the social employment services of the municipalities of Maassluis, Vlaardingen and Schiedam. This is about 1,100 employees. The client is the municipality of Vlaardingen.
