Quotations are sought by the Health Service Executive to conduct a Policy Level Review of the Healthy Ireland Smart Start (HISS) Programme

The latest time for receipt of completed submissions is: 5pm on Friday 14th February 2020
Each submission should comprise of:

1 complete and signed hard copy of your Tender Response documents, Appendix 1 and 2 (attached below)
One Soft Copy, emailed to Sandra.coughlan@hse.ie
One hard copy of any supporting documentation

Completed proposals should be forwarded in a sealed envelope marked:
