Description

Recognised movement kindergarten with the Pluspunkt Ernährung (ABmPE): The common goal of the health care stakeholders in North Rhine-Westphalia is to bundle the diverse approaches to health promotion, advice, information and education as well as health prevention. The topic of "Healthy growing up of children in their places of living" is increasingly brought into focus. Lack of exercise, incorrect eating habits and changes in family structures are major causes of this development. Childhood obesity is one of the main risk factors for the development of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases or joint problems, for example. A large proportion of overweight children develop into overweight adults. Against this background, the "ABmPE" project was initiated in 2007 by the statutory health insurance funds/associations in North Rhine-Westphalia, the North Rhine-Westphalian State Sports Federation/Sports Youth, the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs, the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Climate Protection, Environment, Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Consumer Protection and the Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA). For more than 13 years, the ABmPE has been an existing offer of the state government and the statutory health insurance funds in North Rhine-Westphalia in cooperation with the Landessportbund NRW. At present, more than 300 day-care centres throughout NRW have been awarded the "ABmPE" certificate. Based on the positive experiences, the successful ABmPE project is to be expanded and further developed. We are looking for suitable nutrition experts for the period from 1.6.2021 to 31.12.2023 for the further training and events to be carried out for this purpose as well as for the support of the state coordination for the "Pluspunkt Ernährung" ("Plus Point Nutrition"). There is the optional possibility of an extension for 6 months by the client.
The content of the parent events is designed according to the wishes and needs of the child day care facilities. Possible topics are, for example, the food pyramid, breakfast design, snacks between meals, design of children's birthday parties, consciously designing eating situations, eating biographies in the family, drinks, sugar, children's food, sustainability, quick and easy meals, etc. A small practical exercise can be planned. A small practical exercise can be planned in, but should not be the main focus of the event. Parent events are planned with a duration of approx. 90 minutes (min. 60 minutes to max. 120 minutes); the event can take place in the morning, afternoon or evening according to the wishes and experiences of the institutions. The contracting authority assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of application of cartel procurement law due to the lack of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access of all suitable interested parties. In order to do justice to the diversity of potential contract partners in the context of the admission model, each interested party will be able to conclude a framework agreement at any time and under the same conditions during the term of the contract.
