Framework agreement on occupational health services for Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein AöR at various locations in Schleswig-Holstein
With the beginning of the Corona Pandemic, the working world has changed. In particular, mobile working has become more important for the majority of GMSH employees and will continue to be a priority in the future. In addition, the headquarters in Kiel as well as the location in Pinneberg bring with them a new working culture and are testing new innovative space and occupancy concepts. Desk sharing is practiced almost exclusively, so that employees for the most part no longer have permanent workplaces. It cannot be ruled out that other office locations will join this new work culture in the future. The occupational medical care of the client is carried out at several locations in Schleswig-Holstein according to the current DGUV V2, §§ 3 and 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and further service provision beyond the legal part is desired! It is expected that approx. 650 hours of care services (basic care and company-specific care) will have to be provided per year. Total consultation hours for the eight office locations, which are included in the hours of service, amount to approximately 200 hours per year. Maximum value:A total number of hours of 3,400 (for four years) is expected.When the maximum value is reached, this automatically terminates the framework agreement.
