Description

The Embassy of Switzerland in Nairobi has the requirement for a suitably qualified and licensed contractor to provide security guarding services at the offices of the Swiss Embassy, the ambassador’s and private residences of employees. The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to:(a) the surveillance of and access control to the Embassy/Chancellery’s premises in order to defer attacks and willful damage to people and premises;(b) the surveillance and patrolling of the ambassador’s and private residences of employees in order to defer attacks and willful damage to people and premises;(c) the control of access to the premises by visitors;(d) the immediate intervention and if necessary alerting police authorities to any of the premises in the event of an incident;(e) provide instantly, regularly or on demand security information and security assessments in order to ensure adequate measures are taken to fulfil the tasks as mentioned above.
