The subject of the Contract is the service of performing a preliminary seabed geotechnical survey for Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica - 2 sp. z o.o. and Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica - 3 sp. z o.o. The service concerns the performance of a preliminary seabed geotechnical survey for Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 2 sp. z o.o. and Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 3 sp. z o.o. The proposed project location includes a fragment of the northern slope of Slupsk Bank. The seabed depth ranges from 20 m to 60 m. The slope of the seabed is between 0 and 6 degrees and the local slope is approximately 15 degrees. In terms of the planned investment, a suitable ground for exploratory drilling has been identified, which would include formations from the Pleistocene and Holocene epochs to the depth of the drilling up to the rock formations (rock substrate). A detailed description of the subject of the Order is attached as Appendix No. 1 and 1a to the ToR.2. The Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ persons performing work under the employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended): Project Manager, Health and Safety Manager/HSE Inspector. Detailed terms, conditions and sanctions concerning employment under the employment contract are specified in Chapter 3 of the ToR.3. The Employer allows for the possibility of subcontracting part of the contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to indicate in the SELF document, constituting Attachment No. 3 to the ToR and the Contractor's Statement, constituting Attachment No. 4 to the ToR, the parts of the contract which the Contractor intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of subcontractors (if known at this stage).The Organiser of the Proceedings and the Contracting Authority, guided by Article 138c(1) of the PPL Act, establishes the requirements concerning the confidentiality of information provided to Economic Operators in the course of the Proceedings.2.Annex No. 2 - Agreement (in Polish and English) - WZÓR4.3. Annex No. 17 - Decision of the Minister of the Environment of 21.11.2018 - DGK-II-4710.11.2018.SJ sign approving the geological works together with the Geological Works Project. Pursuant to Article 6 of the PPL Act, the confidential information referred to above, the Proceeding Organizer shall provide exclusion to the Economic Operators participating in the Proceedings who have submitted a Confidentiality Commitment in accordance with the model constituting Appendix No. 7 to the ToR, signed by the person(s) authorised to represent the Economic Operator. Detailed information and rules have been specified in the ToR.5. The required order completion date - maximum 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including: a) with respect to the performance of marine works - up to 6 months from the date of signing the ToR) with respect to the performance of laboratory tests - up to 6 months from the date of completion of the marine works. Detailed provisions with respect to the rules and deadlines for the performance of particular services within the scope of performance of the subject of the Order are specified in the Draft Agreement, the template of which is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the ToR.6.
