Description

The construction of the future T4 terminal is planned between 2020 and 2035 in order to increase the capacity of Roissy CDG airport to cope with the expected traffic growth, and the infrastructure of this new terminal will impact the current right-of-way of the CTFE bis power plant, making it necessary to build a new power plant in an available area. This future power plant will also have to integrate the equipment to meet the energy capacity requirements of the future T4 terminal, and the installation, subject to prefectoral authorisation, will have to be commissioned in full in March 2027. the applicable regulations are the labour code for the future building (not subject to RT 2020).Aéroports de Paris wishes to build, in the long term, 2 geothermal doublets at the dogger on its Paris Charles de Gaulle platform as part of the creation of a new power plant (called the new CTFE bis) integrating heat production, cooling and power supply for the platform.On the basis of a feasibility study carried out in June 2018, the decision to launch the project management studies was taken with a view to starting operation at the end of 2024 of a first doublet and the second at the end of 2027. The feasibility document and schedule are attached for information as an annex to this CCTP. The purpose of the mission is to assist Aéroports de Paris in the complete design and construction of a geothermal doublet (basic missions) and the feasibility of a second doublet (optional missions) on the Roissy Charles de Gaulle platform, which concerns only the underground part, the EOM of the surface part will be carried out internally by the system implementation control department.
