Description

The subject of the contract is: design, execution, delivery and assembly of "Lightning - Tesla coil" as part of the task entitled "Planetarium - Silesian Science Park. Modernization and extension of the Silesian Planetarium in Chorzów". The existing object of the Planetarium will be extended and modernized in such a way that educational goals can be realized in the extended scope. For this purpose, the facility is designed to install specialist equipment, dedicated to the Planetarium, in the fields of astronomy, meteorology and seismology. One of the equipment will be "Lightning - Tesla coil". Additionally, as part of the contract, the Contractor will carry out appropriate tests and obtain all certificates, attestations, approvals and/or CE marking and/or certificates and registrations confirming the compliance with relevant standards, regulations, directives, confirming that the equipment is approved for use in accordance with its intended purpose and safe in operation.The use of the device will be accessible to disabled persons.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (in abbreviated form: SOPZ) has been specified in the expert opinion and a summary description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitute Annex 3 to the ToR/Annex 2 to the model contract. Additional conditions of contract performance are specified in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
