Description

The purpose of this notice is to establish an allotment-based framework agreement with multiple contractors (2 contractors per lot), with no minimum amount and a maximum amount, for the implementation of support services for the RATP's Urbanopolis Lab network.Estimated start date of services: June 2022The services are divided into three separate lots:- Lot 1: "Thinking - core business": collective intelligence services, focusing on "core business innovation".- Lot 2: "Thinking - transformation": collective intelligence services, focusing on transformation, in a context marked by major organizational changes for the RATP Group.- Lot 3: "Acculturation": training services in collective intelligence and frugal innovation, and coaching.
Lot 1 consists of setting up collective intelligence services to accelerate the RATP Group's innovation initiatives, but only for "core business innovation". By "core business innovation" we mean innovation that relates to the RATP Group's main and historic activity, which is the basis for its development on its markets and in relation to its competitors. We distinguish between two types of module, which can be held on site, remotely or in hybrid formats: Ideation module (8 hours) PENSONS (M1): These workshops (generally spread over two sessions) last a total of eight hours and involve a group of RATP employees and external contributors in addressing subjects related to innovation in the Group's core business. Whether remote or face-to-face, these workshops use collective intelligence techniques to produce structured results and stakeholder alignment in agreement with the internal sponsors (the applicants). Ideation module under time constraints (3h) ORIENTONS (M5): This module is a shortened formula of the ideation module and allows to respond to the availability constraints of top management. We distinguish between two types of module, which can be held on site, remotely or in hybrid formats: Ideation module (8 hours) PENSONS (M1): These workshops (generally spread over two sessions), lasting a total of 8 hours, mobilise a group of RATP employees and external contributors to address topics related to innovation in the Group's core business. Whether remote or face-to-face, these workshops use collective intelligence techniques to produce structured results and stakeholder alignment in agreement with internal sponsors (the applicants). Ideation module under time constraints (3h) ORIENTONS (M5): This module is a shortened version of the ideation module and is designed to meet the availability constraints of top management. The "Acculturation" service offering is the most recent addition to the Urbanopolis network's portfolio of services, designed to accelerate the innovation and transformation of the RATP Group. The aim of the "Acculturation" axis is to develop internal skills in collective intelligence and frugal innovation. The medium-term objective is to achieve a balance between internal skills and external skills mobilized within the company. Lot 3 concerns short and long training sessions, associated coaching to put the acquired skills into practice, and support for the design of learning expeditions.Several modules are distinguished:- Short format capsules (1h30), at a distance or on site: discovery and practice of methodologies and tools within a small group limited to a dozen learners- Immersive training in long format (1 to 2 days): immersive face-to-face format that allows for an in-depth exploration that provides both a theoretical framework and time to put into practice- Individual or team coaching services for the application in a professional context of the knowledge, methodologies and tools presented in training (2-hour sessions).- Design of learning explorations / Learning expeditions whose objective is the discovery of a model or a context external to one's work environment.
