The subject of the services are consulting and support services in the IT/digitisation area with a focus on construction, building, facility and real estate management for the digitisation project "digital@bw BIG" and the 4 sub-projects:- digitisation of spatial and area data,- digitisation of TGA data,- digital networking of processes and procedures,- further development of CAFM,- digitisation of the project development process (PEP).the contractor assumes an advisory, supporting function for the client. If required by the client, the contractor will also perform operational tasks which serve to achieve the objectives of the individual sub-projects. The contractor is responsible for the implementation, control and achievement of the objectives of both the individual sub-projects and the overall project, as well as for providing continuous advisory support to the client on decisions and strategic questions relating to digitisation in real estate / facility management and building operation within the scope of services.
