Description

This is to work on a project Enabling Gender-Responsive Disaster Recovery, Climate and Environmental Resilience in the Caribbean (EnGenDER)

The objectives are to:

- develop Sector Adaptation Strategies and Action Plans (SASAPs) for the Agriculture and Water sectors, based on the draft Agriculture National Action Plans (NAP) and water NAP documents
- apply a gender budgeting approach in the development of the gender-responsive budgeted SASAPs and project concepts
- develop a gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation plan for the newly developed Gender Responsive Budgeted SASAPs per country
