Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH (hereinafter referred to as the client or AG) is obliged to adapt all gas appliances in its network area in the years 2021-2028. The background is the adjustment of the gas quality from L-gas to H-gas. In addition to household and commercial customers, the network company is also responsible for the appliances of special final consumers. Since special knowledge is required to adapt the devices of the special customers and the support of these customers is very individual, Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH is looking for an experienced company to support the internal project team in all aspects of the special customers within the scope of this tender. In principle, the special customers have the right to carry out the adaptation work themselves. All services listed below represent the case that the special customer has the conversion carried out by Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH. It is expected that the future contractor will provide essential aspects of the value chain from its own resources and will carry out a large part of the adaptation work with its own employees.The object of the service is, in summary, the "natural gas conversion at special customers on behalf of Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH" and consists in particular of- Initial contact and on-site appointment at the special customer to explain the topic of natural gas conversion in general and to show the significance/impact for the customer;- Support of the project team in technical questions and advice in all matters relating to the topic;- Identification of the necessary measures at the special customers by surveying all existing gas appliances at the special customers;- Checking whether there is a further supply - these gas appliances must also be taken into account;- Punctual cost report to Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH for submission of the cost estimate to the Federal Network Agency for examination, incl. a report on the costs of the conversion. Execution of the timely adjustment of the gas consumption appliances on the key date of the natural gas conversion by the contractor or service providers commissioned by him. The commissioning of downstream service providers is the responsibility of the contractor. The selection of the service providers shall only be made after prior approval by the Principal. The costs of the additional service provider shall be passed on to the Client via the invoice of the Contractor;- Timely notification (no later than July of one year for the following year) of the costs incurred to Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH for submission of the costs to the Federal Network Agency.
